"I really enjoyed the classes! "
Hi, my name is Mikael Laudrin and I am French. I studied English at MILC for 5 months. I started at level 7 in order to prepare for TOEFL and TOEIC.
It was an amazing experience! It was my first time in Québec, during the winter at that! I was living one of my dreams.
I really enjoyed the classes! Will all my classes in the morning, I was able to take advantage of my afternoons. Classes were small with no more than 10 students and for the most part, we remained together as the months went by. The English courses I did were very beneficial because I got the grades I wanted for the TOEIC that I took during class, and the TOEFL that I took when I got back to France. The whole team was sympathetic. Teachers were close to us and didn't hesitate to help us when we had issues to deal with. They acted in many ways as surrogate parents.
The atmosphere among the students was great! I met many people from all corners of the world. We would often go out and spend weekends together. Every Tuesday, we would go to the movies after class. I still communicate with the friends I made because they're friends for life!
I sincerely hope you enjoy your studies at MILC and that you make the most of your time.

"Teachers are great at the language centre!"
I actually miss Montreal and its winter cold! It didn't take me long to understand that Canada is a beautiful country. I am a Japanese woman who stayed in Montreal for 6 months to study at MILC. Teacher are great at the language centre because they are sympathetic and actually know how to teach English to their students.
Sometimes, I would organize parties at my place and invite the teachers, classmates and friends. I had an amazing time in Montreal and for this, the city is my gem. We spoke of our cultural customs in English. I learned things I will never forget. Now, I actually teach English in Japan and help people who want to study in Montreal.
